Welcome to Stewardship Training!

The training will take about  ONE hour to complete.  The training is segmented into 5 parts so that you can complete them at your own pace.  It is highly recommended that you view them in order.  

After completing the training, please fill out the "Financial Disclosure Form" and send it to your ROR or the FCCW Treasurer.

CONFLICT RESOLUTION TRAINING

Resolving Everyday Conflict: Pastor Brian Noble teaches The Path of a Peacemaker.

This course offers a simple, proven path to a lifestyle of peace. It guides you through an examination of your own personal story, identifying the origins of your hopes and fears. Then it invites you to understand and embrace God's approach to conflict, take responsibility for your own part in conflict, and connect with others in a spirit of humility as you learn to listen first, ask for forgiveness, and move forward, even if the conflict remains unresolved. 

When conflict turns into peace, frustration becomes clarity, turmoil becomes unity, and God is glorified. 

 

This training will help equip you to handle conflict ~ should you encounter a situation in which tension arises ~ during sharing at your meeting. 

Each video is approximately 30 minutes. Complete them at your own pace.  

A workbook is included but it does not coordinate well with the videos. The workbook was meant to follow Brian Noble when he teaches the class. The questions in the workbook are well worth spending time pondering.
