clubs where they can share their faith while making a

Bishop Gerald R. Barnes looked
over a room full of mostly women and said he wondered if he
had died and gone to heaven. He had just been greeted by St.
Therese of Lisieux, portrayed by Fanny Eggen; Sister
Faustina, played by Janet O'Neal; and Mother Teresa played
by Gloria Gurrola.

aside last Saturday morning to enjoy a little bit of heaven

Religious fellowships are often a good opportunity to
meet new people who share your views and to socialize in
a positive environment. Unfortunately for some
Catholics, these fellowships are too often occasions for
socializing and rarely seem to focus on the issue at
hand-faith.
Wishing to explore her faith with others, a parishioner
at St. Catherine of Alexandria Parish felt God's
prompting and started her own fellowship focused on
